Here’s what’s included:
Mentoring with JC Vacassin
Regular calls (recommended around 10-15 per year) with the MD of Foundry and industry leader who has helped hundreds of owner- operators develop their businesses.
These calls focus on industry-specific guidance, using JC’s expertise and knowledge as an industry leader to fast-track progress and troubleshoot challenges.
Strategy and Implementation Framework
Reverse engineering success by setting an ideal end point and working backwards, in a series of steps that break down goals into smaller and smaller chunks – allowing you to review performance and optimise results. Accompanied by a custom designed JCV Journal which consolidates all the elements into one place – and provides essential resources for growth.
Monthly Accountability Calls
You’ll have monthly calls with our Community Manager to track your SIF progress, earmark successes, and identify specific areas that require mentoring and guidance from JC. These calls focus on helping you create agile businesses that have stability and flexibility in their structure, their people, and their systems.
We’ll consider:
- Creating a strategy: How can we translate vision into concrete business strategy?
- Organisational design: How can we structure the roles in the business for maximum results?
- Systems and processes: How can we fulfil our purpose and vision in the most effective, efficient way possible?
Tri-annual LG meetups
A deep dive into personal, professional, and business growth – presentation, workshopping, and a roundtable forum to bring any questions or challenges to the group. Lifts the horizon beyond the four walls of the gym and gives exposure to different contexts and thinking.
The meetups are held in the ‘downtime’ of most gym’s calendars: March, July, and November. This allows planning for busy times ahead and reviewing of the previous cycle.
Leadership and Team Development
Our Community Manager Holly is a qualified organisational and leadership coach and consultant, with experience in transforming leaders, teams, and businesses across the public, private, and third sectors.
Your bespoke programme will focus on helping you develop a strong vision, and the skills to make it a reality.
- Setting a baseline: What am I trying to achieve?
- Leadership evaluation: What are my strengths and weaknesses as a leader?
- Developing self insight: How am I perceived vs how do I see myself?
Holly also offers in-person facilitation days with bespoke wraparound consultancy for an additional fee – 50% of full price. Focused on building resilient teams who collaborate to achieve a powerful shared purpose.

- Core values: What’s our philosophy, and how do we want to live it?
- Talent pipeline: How can we attract, recruit, retain and develop the best people?
- Team profiling: What are our collective strengths and weaknesses, and how can we be better?

The Leadership Group costs £999 per month including VAT.
Membership is on a 12-month basis to ensure that the group provides the stable environment needed for this accelerated growth. Numbers are strictly capped, and all member businesses will be carefully selected to be non-competing. Leadership Group intakes open in March, July, and November.
