Aimed at ambitious owner operators (aspiring or current), the group offers elite mentoring, leadership development, a community of excellence, and a comprehensive strategy framework.

Coffee and networking
One of the biggest value-adds for the members of the Leadership Group community is to connect with like-minded fitness business owners – both aspiring and current. In what can be an isolating and challenging journey, the chance to talk through your roadblocks, failures, triumphs and questions with people on the same path as you is massive.

Dan is an occupational psychologist working with executive leaders and teams from Vodafone to Nike.
- He’ll talk about how a culture is formed, the role you take as the leader, and how this connects to your wider brand and community.
- He’ll follow this with a structured workshop for you to implement your learnings into a practical plan for developing your brand, and growing your community.
JC Vacassin: Is Your Member Journey Strong Enough? How to Surprise and Delight the Sophisticated Consumer of 2022
- The pressure is on for us as operators to deliver an outstanding experience for the member: not just for the first 30 days, but through day 90 and beyond.
- JC will share his own thoughts, then open the floor to a group brainstorm on how to create a member journey that is both remarkable and irresistible for prospective and ongoing clients.
- There will be a strong implementation focus here, taking learnings and putting them into play in real time.

- A behind-the-scenes look at the challenges, mistakes, learnings, and takeaways that JC and the Foundry team went through to grow to a five site operation.
- Presentation of key learnings followed by Q&A and large group discussion
JC Vacassin and Holly Creusot: Roundtable – Cycle Review & Planning and Q&A
- We’ll distribute the new Leadership Journals and lead a roundtable discussion on both last cycle’s performance and plans for next cycle.
- This is an opportunity to bring any specific challenges or aspirations to JC, Holly and the wider group and get focused guidance.
